The Sculpture Studio is operated by the
Montreal sculptor Mitchell Kotansky and has now been in existence for over ten years. The
space includes a creative studio, an office and a technical area for moldmaking. The
Sculpture Studio offers courses and services to individuals interested in
exploring the creative process in a relaxed bright spacious environment.

There are many different ways to
create sculpture and as many different styles. Students studying at The Sculpture Studio will
concentrate on the human form. Through careful examination of
proportions and volume one can learn to create sculpture of the human
figure. The Sculpture Studio is now offering courses to instruct students in
this process. These courses also include all the technical aspects necessary
to create in three dimensions. |

A whole
range of services are offered to the professional as well as the amateur
sculptor. These services include rubber mold making, bronze casting, life
casting and many other methods of working in three dimensions.
